Fabric From The Attic

I have been vacillating between names for my site. I decided on “Fabric From The Attic.” My friend McKay likes that title because it made him think of the “thought threads weaving the fabric in my head (a.k.a attic).” Well, I really like that because what is a blog full of? Your own thoughts and feedback, right? So, I think this name is a keeper. McKay also said that it’s nice because I have a bit of a “sewing” theme in my blog, with my Closet Catalog, and Jeans Saga, and sew forth. (Ha ha, “sew.”)

But I also like, “Add Some Melody To Your Life . . . and always remember to dance with it.”

My reasons for this one are:

• My name is Melody, and I want people to remember it and come back to my site.
• I love dancing.
• Looking at life as a dance is very symbolic and encourages one to enjoy their life while they have it.
• A melody is the memorable tune of a song, and something to dance to!

So wait, maybe this one might just be the keeper! Aaaack!

What about a combination? “Fabric From The Attic . . . add some Melody to your life.” But is that cluttery? And what about the line about dancing?
